2. Services
The Stardust Studio offers:
– live event experiences (photography & on-site print finishing)
– custom art prints
– brand activations and visual concepts
Each project is individual and may require a separate agreement.
3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed only after written agreement.
For events and custom projects, a deposit may be required to secure the date.
Final payment terms will be agreed individually.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on preparation, materials and time reserved.
5. Creative Work
All artistic work created by The Stardust Studio remains the intellectual property of The Stardust Studio unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to use photos and content created during projects for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in advance.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
– providing accurate information
– ensuring permissions for event locations
– obtaining consent from guests where required
The Stardust Studio is not responsible for restrictions imposed by venues or third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we are not liable for:
– unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical issues, weather, venue limitations)
– indirect or consequential damages
8. Website Use
All content on this website, including images, text and design, is the property of The Stardust Studio and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
